Estimated Purchasing Cost
Your investment goes directly into quality, customization, and service. Below is a clear breakdown of the main costs involved. We’re fully transparent about the costs — and we’ll help you make smart decisions at every stage.
🧪 Sample & Mold Fee
A small fee may apply if you need a sample in a custom color, shape, or logo. For new designs, a mold charge is required — this is usually refundable upon bulk order.
📦 Product Cost
This is the unit price of your silicone spatula, which includes raw materials, manufacturing, and basic bulk packaging. Extra decoration or premium packaging (e.g. hangtag, color box) may incur a small surcharge — but we don’t charge for design — it’s totally free.
📋 Compliance & Testing Fee
Most of our materials already meet FDA/LFGB standards. However, if third-party test reports are needed under your brand name, the actual lab cost would be charged.
🚢 Shipping Fee
Shipping cost depends on the volume and destination. For small orders, we suggest air or courier; for bulk, sea freight is most economical. We can work with your preferred incoterms — FOB, CIF, or DDP — depending on your logistics needs.

Each item involves 20+ touchpoints from design to delivery — and our streamlined workflow ensures it’s fast, consistent, and cost-efficient.
Discuss in Details (1–3 days)
- • We’d like to confirm the color, size, logo, and any packaging customizations you need.
- • Please check the quotation we send to you and let us know if anything needs adjusting.
- • Kindly provide your sample receiver’s contact information and courier account number.
Sample & Order Approval (5–7 days)
Once all details are confirmed, we will send you a non-customized pre-order sample (POS) for you to review the quality of the product. If the POS is approved, you will receive a pre-production sample (PPS) that is customized to your specifications and branding. PPS will give you a complete view of how your products will feel and look.
Mass Production (15–30 days)
After we receive the 30% deposit, we'll start the mass production. The production times may vary depending on the product type and custom details. But we are committed to keeping you informed of any changes in the delivery schedule.
Shipping (15–30 days)
Before your order is dispatched, a pre-shipment sample (PSS) will be sent to you for final approval. If you’d like to arrange a pre-shipment inspection, please let us know in advance. After the onboard date, we’ll email you the B/L and other documents. Once the 70% balance is completed, we’ll send the final B/L for customs clearance at your destination.

Color Matching
Just send us a Pantone code, color swatch or a physical sample—we’ll match it. Each batch is blended by masterbatch and checked under natural light to ensure color stays consistent.
Molding & Initial Inspection
After manual or automatic demolding, each piece is quickly checked for flash, bubbles, short shots, or contamination. Defective parts are sorted out for rework or disposal.
Printing
Silk-screen, heat transfer, UV, or in-mold are chosen by design and budget. We would make cross-cut adhesion tests to ensure long-lasting quality.
Curing
The heads are heated at 110–150°C for 20–60 minutes to remove odors, stabilize the shape, and improve print adhesion and scratch resistance.
Assembly
Wood handles are bonded using food-grade adhesive or press-fitting.After this, each product undergoes pull tests and gap checks to confirm firm bonding and no looseness.
Packing
From sturdy carton boxes to barcode-ready retail packaging, all packing follows the approved PPS(pre-shipment sample) and passes drop tests to ensure accuracy and protection.
AQL Inspection
All pre-shipment inspections must apply AQL4.0 for minor defects and AQL2.5 for major defects.
Shipping
Contact your freight forwarder to confirm vessel schedule and container pickup time. Our team arranges loading and captures photos throughout the process. Container loading images will be sent for your records.
